Lots of interesting textures in this now, but its not working yet. I've been painting a lot of it with my fingers...which takes me back...seems to help the paint work over the textured surface better though.
This surface must be a bit of a challenge to your more usual process. I am looking forward to viewing the final outcome which I think will have a very different energy.
